Physio Rehab Class (560)

For women with health concerns or injuries that require additional support and individualised exercise programs

Supportive strengthening and flexibility exercises in a group environment involving a combination of resistance exercise, Clinical Pilates and stretching

Reformer and other clinical Pilates machines & equipment utilised in a circuit style class

Aims to support bone density, improve joint and muscular injuries and provide gentle return to exercise during and after health issues

Utilise private health rebates as all sessions conducted with a qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
