Physio Reformer Pilates Circuit
An inclusive class for women with of all abilities including those with health concerns or injuries that require additional support and individualised exercise programs or those who are wanting to maintain or improve current levels of physical ability and fitness.
Utilising Reformer and other clinical Pilates machines & equipment within a circuit style class.
Supportive strengthening and flexibility exercises in a group environment involving a combination of resistance exercise, Clinical Pilates and stretching.
Aims to support bone density, improve joint and muscular injuries and provide gentle return to exercise during and after health issues.
Utilise private health rebates with sessions conducted with a qualified Physiotherapist.
Bulk pack passes & membership options also available.
Classes are 50 minutes in duration.
Suitable for all levels of physical ability including all stages of pregnancy
