Biography
Kelly has studied a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Deakin University and a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University. Kelly has worked in private practice for many years in both Australia and Canada, as well as a teaching assistant on several private Physiotherapy courses and at the University of British Columbia.
Kelly has extensive experience in pelvic health and musculoskeletal clinical caseloads and teaching both privately and in education institutions. She is a certified integrated systems model practitioner, Pilates instructor and educational speaker. Kelly has completed postgraduate courses in pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions. Kelly is a member of the Women’s Health Training Associates (WHTA).
Kelly uses the integrated systems model (ISM) approach to take a holistic view at your concerns and goals and tailor a plan that’s individualised to you. Kelly has a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum conditions, peri and post-menopause, breast surgery rehabilitation, sexual health, pelvic pain and injuries/symptoms in high level athletes such as runners, snowboarders and cyclists.
Kelly is available for Pelvic Floor and General Physiotherapy appointments at Bloom on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
