Reformer Pilates

A 50 minute class with the goal of strengthening, lengthening, toning and balancing the whole body

Using reformer, trapeze and wundachair Pilates equipment as well as a range of other fitness equipment

Low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility

Improve flexibility, balance, strength, core and postural stability

Spring loaded resistance allows for optimal loading required for maintaining bone density and developing muscle strength for supporting joint health
