Girls Yoga & Pilates classes

Our girls Pilates & Yoga classes involve a one hour session of Pilates & Yoga with a goal of promoting physical and emotional well being for girls aged 8 years +

Learn important posture, movement, flexibility, mindfulness, & breathing techniques through Yoga & Pilates while having fun with friends

Supporting girls physical and emotional development throughout their adolescent and teenage years

Classes weekly Tuesday 4pm and Thursday 4.30pm

Mums are welcome to stay and join the Tuesday 4pm reformer circuit class while waiting for the girls
