A 50 minute class with the goal of strengthening, lengthening, toning and balancing the whole body
Using reformer, trapeze and wundachair Pilates equipment as well as a range of other fitness equipment
Low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility
