Our girls Pilates classes involve a 50 minute session of Pilates & stretching with a goal of promoting physical and emotional well being for girls aged 8 years +
Learn important posture, movement, flexibility, mindfulness, & breathing techniques through Pilates & stretching while having fun with friends
Supporting girls physical and emotional development throughout their adolescent and teenage years
Mother – daughter Pilates sessions are also encouraged as our classes are suitable for all levels
